The Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Interdisciplinary and Holistic Philosophy is a prestigious, research-intensive doctoral program designed to produce globally conversant scholars and thought leaders.
Patterned after the prestigious academic models of European universities (Oxford, Leiden, Vienna) and renowned Asian universities, this 42-unit program may be completed in two academic years (four semesters).
A defining feature of the program is the Alpha and Omega Paradigm: A School of Thought in Management for the Third Millennium, which equips students with a holistic worldview framework for leadership, education, management, and global policy. Unlike current schools of management thought, it uniquely integrates Christocentric (Christ-centered) and Christocratic (Christ-ruled) principles of management—perspectives often lacking in mainstream philosophy of management.
